Refund and Returns Policy

At Meirelle, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at meirelleshops@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for return

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping
  • Please use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
    • Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
    • PayPal: Usually processed immediately

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or you received the wrong item

Contact us immediately at meirelleshops@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please:

  • Return the original item for a refund
  • Place a new order for the replacement item


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
• Contact your bank — processing times can vary
